AN ACT REVISING INSURANCE UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
This bill will strengthen Montana consumer interests. The bill is intended to prohibit insurers from demanding or requesting that a repair business ignore instructions and repair guideline’s from the original equipment manufacturer, specifically in regard to safety inspections.
