Leadership Best Practices

This seminar is designed to share proven leadership methods with anyone that wants to improve their organization. Often leaders and managers attend a great seminar, read an inspiring book or attend an informative training session only to fall short in implementing what they have learned back at the shop. This seminar focuses on how to take what you learned and make it “stick.” Using straight-forward, real-world scenarios, Collision Advice shares methods for leading your team to ensure that the improvements actually take hold with your team and are sustained. Transform your team from one that makes wishes to a team that sets and achieves goals!

This program includes:

  • How to avoid the “flavor of the month” mentality with your team
  • Understanding the difference between abdicating versus delegating
  • How to install a “How can I” attitude versus an “I can’t” attitude
    within your organization
  • Understanding that without consequences there are no rules
  • Understanding the “try, risk, grow” strategy
  • How to avoid becoming a “seagull manager”
  • The power of words
  • The power of ONE”

This meeting is open to all collision repair facilities, regardless if they are a member of the MCRA or based in Montana.
