In order for the MCRA to best support our membership and gather information needed for future legislative efforts. Please take one minute after filing your complaint with the Insurance Commissioner’s office and provide us with some data regarding your complaint.
If you can take a moment to later update us on the outcome of your complaint that would be immensely helpful. Please be aware our Executive Director, Mariah Sampson, may follow up with you to check on your progress. It is not our intent to gather your customer’s information simply to see if there are any trends and gather data that might be helpful for the Montana body shops in the future.
